...reality bites!

Everytime my friends and I meet, we always talk about the same old topics...love, relationships, men. We share the same emotional experiences when it comes to these things. More often than not, we just laugh at them. But there are also moments when we become sentimental and start to break down because of the reality that we have been keeping behind our happy faces. Last night, Jojo and I watched a gay beauty pageant. Jojo happened to be one of the judges, and I was just there to kill the supposed boring saturday night. Well, it turned out to be a fun night after all. After the pageant which ended at 5am, we went somewhere to eat 'breakfast'. Then, while in the taxi, Jojo popped up a heart-breaking question...Kailan kaya tayo makakahanap ng totoong magmamahal sa atin? i don't have the answer, but we both are sure that that time will come. As to when, again...i don't know.

Yes, this is the reality that I and my friends have been evading from by doing something else like drinking, eating or worse, having relationship with straight guys who only have one thing in mind...money, new clothes, cellphone, load and other freebies.

Mind you guys, we are well aware of that, but we still keep on doing it because...i don't know why! Temporary happiness? Who knows!
